Yesterday 12 windows were installed in my triple wide mobile home. I was pleasant surprised to received notice that my order was in after only 5 weeks. Originally I had viewed their ad on tv before choosing Window World, I was pleased to see they offered free estimates. The owner, Ko and his employee Conrad came with all the info, templet, pictures and most of all an affordable price for quality product. You will absolutely love their office manager Melissa, she is a delight and so ready to answer any questions at anytime.
Yesterday was so exciting, I was told the Rafael would be in charge of the installation. He brought Arnold with him and it was a "GO" full speed from beginning to end. It was truly amazing how they transformed my home. They were precise with every detail. They were amazing and Rafael took me through a checklist to see each window met my expectations. They were professional, dedicated, cheerful and left my home totally cleaned up.
I know this is lengthy but it was an amazing experience and I give them a #1 rating from beginning to end!
