As a follow-up to my previous review, once the problem was elevated they sent the right book on the third try and issued a refund. As a former warehouse worker I can believe their stock had been mixed, and the bottom line to me was that I was satisfied in their corrective response. I will continue to be a customer.

Don't expect to get what you order. They sent me the wrong book and when I called to report it they sent me the same wrong book a second time. I don't know what to expect when I call back again but obviously their ordering system and quality control is seriously lacking.
