Absolutely horrible experience today. The customer service by most of the employees here is what I would describe as the perfect example of what NOT to do. Chris & Will just continually answered the phone, cutting off their conversations with customers in front of them, only to put them on hold, and then not pick the phone back up. Before I had even come into the store, we had tried calling 3 times, each time being put on hold for 10-15 minutes before being hung up on, and having to call back. I spent over 3 hours in the store because no one knew anything about what was going on with my vehicle, and when I finally got to checkout, they were charging double what they had told me initially! When I inquired as to why, that's when an agent that had just come in looked into it and found that they had installed the WRONG TIRE on my vehicle. I was only in there to have the one tire replaced!

Came in and there was nobody to help me but the guy in service David. The store was a mess and it seemed like it nobody cared about it. I was told by Steve to take my purchase to service to ring out. He helped me and was very nice. Steve blew me off. This should be 1 star but thanks to David i will come back just for his service

Needed a oil change and air filter and decided to give Pep Boys a shot. The service manager David Lewis got me in and out. He was extremely polite and professional. Definitely going there from now on

Had them put parts into truck the motor and regulator, they overcharged me 400. Never got a call saying it was ready. Got there and they put in bad motor, kept truck 3 days. Truck covered in grease on carpet, drivers door panel not screwed on scratched the hood terrible,dented the door, dissarmed the alarm. When i asked for them to fix it they were rude and said not my problem. I payed near 4 hundred for this???

I had been to Pep Boys for very first time for getting oil change done. Unfortunately I did not have a ride back home. I called Pep Boys (this location), for appointment on Sat. They said they do not give appointments. So I reached this location by 9:00 AM so that I can get my work done ASAP and get relaxed on weekend. They estimated 2 hours for oil change (!!!) and I left for nearby mall to spend my time. When I came back after 2 hours, my car was waiting outside in parking lot. When asked they said they have not serviced it. I waited till 3:00 PM hoping that they will do oil change. At 4:30 PM they were about to close the shop and when I asked about service they said they still haven't done yet! I was pissed off and asked for explanation and the manager was so rude that he denied to even talk to me politely.



I would not recommend this place to any one at all.
