One thing you will notice about this Mom and Pop operation is how disorganized they are. They have no e-mail and consistently have problems keeping things straight - like your contact information. They will also stiff you for a bogus cleaning fee to keep part of your LARGE security deposit. The apartment they rented to us was filthy and unsafe. They treated us like 2nd class people even though we are both professional. Try somewhere else.
