As part of Ascension Maryland, our heart care team at Saint Agnes Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation in Baltimore, Maryland, combines education with exercise as part of your care plan after angioplasty, open-heart surgery, stabilized angina, heart valve replacement or heart transplant. Our care team includes Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified cardiac nurses, exercise physiologists, dietitians, respiratory therapists and pharmacists. At Saint Agnes Hospital, we help you understand your current heart condition, goals during this stage of your recovery and how to safely exercise to strengthen your heart and lungs.
