General Info

Green Country Village Retirement Community is a nonprofit community that includes independent and assisted living, and memory care. The center is located in Bartlesville, Okla. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments equipped with washer and dryer hookups and emergency call system. The center has LakeView, a licensed assisted living facility that provides services to individuals with memory impairments. It also provides assisted living services, including daily meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation and linen service. Green Country Village Retirement Community is managed by Life Care Services. Life Care Services has been involved in the planning, development and management of more than 180 senior resident communities throughout the United States.
