Honey’s did not delivery memorial sprays the size ordered. Saw sprays online went to Honey’s to order. I discussed the size of floral spray we wanted. The sprays were delivered were considerably smaller than the size I ordered. Had I not been present at time of delivery they would have gotten away with the change in size. Very disappointed. I will not buy flowers from Honey’s again or recommend them

We ordered flowers through The Sympathy Store online. Website claimed if order made before 12 noon, same day delivery. We placed order at 9am on Saturday. We also got a confirmation that the flowers were delivered to the funeral home. We went to the funeral home on Sunday. No flowers. Called the website, they informed us that they used Honey's Flowers in Bartlesville. Right down the street from the funeral home. We called Honey's on Monday. Excuse, we did not have the proper flowers and besides the funeral is not until Wednesday and we wanted the flowers to be fresh. Website false advertising, not the same day delivery. No phone call to us asking if we would have accepted different flowers for the spray and why did we get a delivery confirmation. Also, it is not up to the florist to decide whether or not the flowers should be fresh. Use fresh flowers. How embarrassing to us that the flowers were delivered late Monday afternoon. Terrible, just terrible. We should have gotten a phone call and not a false confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. Will never use again

Thank you so much, I placed an order with your shop and my friend was VERY please. I have my own flower shop in Joplin Mo and it's hard for my to let some else do the flowers for me. I'm just Iike everyone else, not sure who to call. But I see I called a GOOD shop. I will be using you again. Thank you so much... Forget Me Not
