Established in 1936, Bayonne High School is a four-year, college preparatory school that conducts classes for students in grades 9 through 12. Located in Bayonne, N.J., the school offers educational instruction in music, English, history, foreign languages, math, science, art, social studies, and health and physical education. In addition, Bayonne High School organizes various sports activities, including basketball, baseball, cheerleading, cross country, golf, softball, football, wrestling and volleyball. The school also offers a variety of vocational courses, including carpentry, welding, building trades, culinary arts and television production. Bayonne High School has a student personnel services department that provides a comprehensive counseling program for all students. The school is a part of the Bayonne Public School District
