Since we opened our doors in 2002, PCA became and continues to be the fastest growing Early Childhood Education Training Center in Delaware, serving families in New Castle, Bear, Glasgow, Elkton, Middletown and Delaware City. PCA challenges children to excel, offering educational programs for different age groups from motor skill to math skill, self-assertiveness to inter-personal relationships in a positive learning environment. We encourage academic excellence for school-agers in the before and after school program.
