I have sold here many times. I wasn't able to stay today because I had a sick kid and because of that I feel like they took advantage of me and low balled me on a costume Elsa dress. I have sent y'all many buyers. Not anymore. You could have just given the costume back. The manager was unsympathetic and the assistant manager was just rude.

Not where I would shop!!! I'll admit that their selection is good and the set up of the store is very nice and well organized BUT, their prices are WAY too high! I come from a long line of thrifty shoppers and this is about as far from a thrifty place to shop as it comes. I have 4 boys and buy almost ALL of their clothing brand new for a 1/3 of the price that I would pay there for used clothing. Not worth it unless you just don't like to look for good deals brand new. Not to mention, when you go to sell them your own stuff, they don't have any order to doing it, it's just the boxes that are easiest to get to, not the ones that were turned in first.
