We are very dissatisfied with the staining job done The finish on our deck peeled in less than 12 months. The entire deck is peeling, not just used areas. After MANY attempts to contact them we finally reached them and after they looked at the deck they said that they would re-stain at no charge. We prepped the deck like they asked, removing all items etc. They didnt show. We rescheduled this again with them no showing. Once again they said they were coming and it was a week of record breaking temps. We questioned whether it was a good idea to apply the stain on days of 100 plus degrees. They took offense at this. We apologized and they still refuse to return calls, emails, or fix the problem

not what i thought i was getting. got a beautiful timbertech deck about a year ago. now...it isn't so beautiful. screws are popping out of the deck and some boards are warped. after a few thousand you think you would get better. and last year when i called to complain he was just getting ready to go hunting in colorado or something so just know this is a one guy company and not worth the money, even if he did come in cheaper than the rest. pick the middle guy...not the cheapie....
