Bonnie who is the "manager" of the office is completely inappropriate and rude. I cancelled my husbands appointment because he was sick with the stomach flu. She responded with - "That's really not okay, he really cant make a 1 hr appt?" I responded by telling her - No... he is throwing up and I really dont think you want him to show up and puke in your office. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for manger - in which SHE WAS. When I confronted her about her behavior- she proceeded to tell me "That is how we ask out patients why they can't make it." I told her I would let all of North Pittsburgh know that this is how they choose to treat their patients. She explained she was fine with that... So if you want to be treated disrespectfully and go to an office that seems more worried about money than patient satisfaction GO HERE!!! - I am sure they are the type of office that would love to pull some teeth just to get paid an extra dollar.

I have had a fear of going to the dentist for many years. I had no other option but to see a dentist due to a terrible toothache this week. Dr. Kim's office is one of very few who accepted my insurance. I made the appointment and to my surprise it was a very pleasant experience from the time I called to leaving the office. The desk person arranged for me to get in that day and assured me they would be understanding of my fear and that all was true. I could not have been made to feel more at ease by the entire office. I wish I could express how grateful I am for this. I will be going back for sure. Thank you Dr Kim & your staff. You were all GREAT !
