This is the worst real estate company I have ever seen. I rented an apartment from them in Waltham. They never answered a maintanance call for the entire time I was there. The roof leaked for 5 yrs. The vintage stove stopped working and they would not replace it. When I decided to move out the stole most of my security deposit. They are a scam and I would recommend anyone to them.

Do not do business with this company. If I had done the proper research on this company before dealing with them, I would have found all of the terrible reviews scattered online.Nothing will be explained to you up front. If you try to request information after filling out an application and leaving a check for the realty company, you will be met with harsh words, name calling, and severe aggression. They will do and say anything for you to sign the final paperwork. They do not care if you have concerns and will tell you that you missed the opportunity to express these issues. The end of our story is that the specific realtor we worked with had our deposit check for an apartment. He went behind our backs and rented it out to someone else. We are currently in the process of filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau of Masssachusetts as well as consulting with a real estate lawyer. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT do business with this company.
