Heritage Green Health Care Center is part of the Heritage Group that aims at providing individuals and families a wide variety of medical and health-related services. Heritage Green Health Care Center is a more than 150-bed, long-term and rehabilitative care facility located in Greenhurst, N.Y. The facility includes a prayer room, kitchen, dining room, suites for occupational and physical therapies and a multimedia auditorium. It offers a variety of services, including 24-hour nursing supervision; physical, occupational and speech therapies; podiatry; pharmaceutical services; mobile diagnostic testing; and nurse practitioners. The center also provides various recreational programs, dentistry, social work, beauty salon and barbershop, resident banking, in-house dietary and laboratory services.
