I'm not impressed with the lack of communication. After trying to get status updates of our claim, I called our local rep twice and have yet to get a call back. I had to personally call the main office in Bensalem just to find out they were waiting on a response from us. How are we to respond to a question no one has bothered to ask?

I really wish there was some reviews about these guys before I went through my mess with them. It was truly one of the most excruciating experience I ever had with any service company. I could not get them to get back to me by email or phone. Once you sign the contract... they literally don't care. Even my insurance company rep was dumbfounded with them. I had to do all the work and get them the information. I was furious about still having to write a check out to Metro. I thought about taking action, but I just wanted closure after 8 month. But I really recommend doing your own homework. They aren't even Better Business Bureau Accredited. All they care about is signing you up and they will tell you anything verbally to get you to sign up. After that... it really doesn't matter to them whether you get $4000 or $5000 since to them it's only a difference of $250 to them. Instead of the required back and forth with insurance company, they rather have their full force out selling to worried home owners. Don't believe me? Search for it.

I was shocked to see the bad R...

I was shocked to see the bad Reviews for this company since I have never had a problem with them before. I know this is a very large company so I guess they just ran into the wrong adjuster in their area. I have to agree with FrankAlston since I have used the same adjuster as him. Art Woodlyn was excellent when I had a plumbing leak in my living room. I knew if I called Allstate and handled the claim by myself they would have wanted to pay me the least amount. I am so glad my wife's parents gave me Art Woodlyn's number because I received a great amount of money back to repair my ceiling, carpet and more. I am pretty sure its tough to please everyone but this company was good to me.

I have done business with this...

I have done business with this company about three times and they have been really helpful to me since I am very busy running a business and taking care of my family at the same time. The Adjuster that I used at Metro was Art Woodlyn. He has been there for me through every step and always followed up with me before I could even have a chance to give him a call or email towards a concern or question. State Farm denied my claim during Hurricane Irene and Art Woodlyn was able to help me re open the claim and receive enough money to repair my home and avoid the stress of arguing with my insurance company. The fee was well worth it since I got way more than I expected and EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Thank You Metro you really helped me...
