I have never had such great service from a service company (service from a service company - ha!) in my life. I called when I got home from work and a real person answered. I told her my problem (my microwave blew everything up) and she offered to have someone come out as an emergency service or wait until tomorrow. I told her tomorrow was fine and we booked 4 - 6. About 10 minutes later the electrician called me - he said the phone girl had just wanted to make sure I was safe because of the description I had given her. He told me how to turn off that circuit just to be sure. Another electrician, Phil, came the next evening and worked on it that night and then came the next day, Saturday, to finish. Another woman from the office called the next week to make sure everything was working right, that I had my warranty and that I was happy......I am happy :)
