I called this place on the 4th of July (just calling to see if anyone besides the Big Chain stores were open, they did not carry my part that I needed). I got a call back. They were closed, but he said he would meet me at the shop and get me my part. He drove in on an off day just to sell me a $35 spring. He was very helpful, told and showed me how to install the torsion spring. I had it done in no time. If they are willing to go out of their way just for parts, I am confident they will go the extra mile for anyjob, big or small.
