Josh has my highest possible recommendation. He took our 1930’s house, which was in great need of updating, and had all the work done while we were busy driving cross-country with our dog. He texted us pictures as the work progressed and by the time we were settling into our new home — he was finishing up and and checking the credit history of a prospective tenant. The process was completely seamless and we relaxed knowing that our property was in very good hands.
