Work done on April, 2012. They ranked 6th among 11 estimates. They were $1,200 more expensive than the cheaper and $3,500 lower than the most expensive. They tied with 2 of these but offered high-end materials. In fact, I dont think contractors who gave us high-end estimates could offer much above what this vendor had put on our house in materials and workmanship. They dressed the damaged skirt our garage with ice and water shield and concealed all underlayment with breathable metal flashing all along the skirt of the house and the garage so that no possible shards from the asbestos transit shingles could fall out. My husband was extremely impressed with the carpentry work they did to repair the garage. They were fast and efficient in the repair and their work was just beautiful. The owner & the crew are all church-going people safe to have around the house. Our money was not just spent giving them an A instead of a B+. We do get in return good value for the $.
