Tom Smith is a guy who knows how to take care of the customer. I highly recommend this company. He came all the way up here to Alexandria, about a 50 mile trip, to clean a gutter for me-no charge-that I believe was installed by the former owner of this company. That is really going the extra mile.

Don't waste your time with this company. We originally put their product on our new home, a few years later we needed to make some changes so we called them to do the work. After making several phone calls and and leaving several messages (he never returns a phone call) we are still waiting. I even called the company headquarters to file a complaint, they said that they would call me back on Monday, guess what....even they can't return a phone call. Be aware.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
