It is a part of Airgas, which is one of the largest distributors of welding supplies, safety products, and industrial, medical and specialty gases in the United States. Founded in 1982, the parent company has a staff of nearly 10,000 individuals in approximately 1,000 locations that include cylinder fill plants, production facilities and regional distribution centers.
