0The room was nice but I had surgery and was hoping for a good night's sleep and people are running up and down the hallways and kids trying to open our door. I've called the front desk three times along with alot of other customers and nothing has been done! This has been going on for HOURS so the customer service sucks I will not be back!
Please do not use this hotel. Had to be moved at midnight to a different room because of a noise in the heating system. Had stopped up toilet in the second room. Ask for adjustment on my bill because both of these items are basic expectations when renting a hotel room. Was told that they would refund me 1/2 of the rate and now I am having trouble receiving the refund.
