Jacobs and Diaz, Optometrists, its our mission to keep the eyes of Blacksburg and the NRV healthy, seeing clearly and looking great.Dr. Steve Jacobs, Optometrist, opened in August, 1990 with the goal of helping our community to see well, look good, and be informed on issues of visual health and well-being. It is our business to provide comprehensive optometric eye care whether it be eye exams, eyeglasses or anything else. It is our pleasure to treat our patients as members of our extended families. We strive to know our patients needs and wants, and to provide personalized attention in a unique atmosphere offering warmth, knowledge, skill and fun.
