I called Jeff to check on my mom's roof for a safety reason. He not only answered the phone on a Saturday of a holiday weekend but he also showed genuine concern for me and my mom. He was at her place within about an hour of us speaking on the phone. He was definitely a Godsend because he was there at the precise moment that we needed him. He is now my go-to guy for roofing needs and information. This high level of professionalism and customer service is disappearing from what we used to see in this country. I am very thankful for him.
