If I could only rate them as 0 stars I would. They are by far the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! Long story short, after signing up we did the required home inspection, and then submitted it to Florida Peninsula. But when it was time to schedule the company's inspection, everything went downhill. They claim my godmother wasn't home the day of the appointment, which is impossible as she doesn't drive and rarely leaves. Then somehow she called to reschedule, and didn't make an appointment. Except I was handling everything for her, so that's unlikely too. We tried to reinstate the policy, but they declined. I guess they don't like money or doing business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND even if they are you're only option!
