She is truly a miracle acupuncturist. She has helped me through many different parts of my life from chronic back pain, pregnancy pain therapy, postpartum healing, I trust her fully. She is a great doctor and her staff is also really helpful.

The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was wonder to work with for our conference.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for acupuncture, it has helped me so much even more so than my primary physician. I go every once in a while and don't go back often because it has helped with my ailments. It is also very relaxing and helps me de-stress.

Dr. Song and her collegue are both amazing. I feel a big difference during the treatment and afterwards, I look forward to my visits each time! I feel very comfortable talking with each of the Dr.'s there.

I came to Hollibalance to see Dr. Song with a frozen shoulder that had limited my mobility in a very significant way. I was absolutely thrilled with the results. After just two treatments I had dramatic results with my mobility (almost complete return to my range of motion and movement). The day of my second treatment, I ran home to show my husband the change and he, too, was amazed at the results. I continued to see her for additional treatments and can't believe how lucky I was to find her. She is an incredibly talented Acupuncturist. I have gone to other practitioners and didn't have the same results. Additionally, her staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. So grateful!!

Very good experience with the staff. Everyone I talk to on the phone for questions and appointments have always been friendly and helpful. I like Dr Song and her acupuncture sessions are comprehensive and include stretching which is very helpful to me. I have multiple problems (lower back, shoulder, elbow, and some other health issues. The acupuncture treatments have helped significantly with my shoulder problems and some relief for by lower back pain (but not completely). The stretching exercises she showed me I do regularly as part of my workouts and this has been very helpful. Overall a very good experience.

I see Caroline Berry and she is excellent. She always take the time to ask me how I have been and why I am there and addresses my needs. I would love to go more often if my schedule permitted!
