General Info

Founded in 1907, the Catholic Charities Labour Center specializes in serving immigrant children. It provides a range of health, educational and social services to infants, children and families. The center administers a family intervention program and offers counseling services in matters related to substance abuse. The Catholic Charities Labour Center provides several mentoring and tutoring programs. It also offers a range of youth outreach programs and pregnancy counseling solutions. The center administers an after-school program that includes academic classes for students between the ages of 8 and 12. Additionally, the Catholic Charities Labour Center offers nursing, food, emergency, education and advocacy services to senior citizens. Located in South Boston, Mass., it is a part of Catholic Charities.
