This place has been going strong since the mid 90's. I met Mitch, the owner on Newbury St. when I moved to Boston and found The Hempest to be one of the most interesting shopping experiences I have ever had. He was very informed about hemp and I left the place feeling great about the change I was making in the world. He gave me a book "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" which taught me even more. I have been going back ever since and it's always my first choice for clothes shopping. The more you learn about hemp, the better it gets..A MUST SEE in Boston
