Play Palz Rocks. We have 3 kids ages 8mo to 8 yrs that go here. They work on developing the children and preparing them for school. My daughter aced the kindergarten evaluation test because of the work Play Palz did to teach her.

That place is awsome I think you probably just pissed her off she has been nothing but great to everyone probably owed money to her and that's why you are no longer there funny how her center is full to the max have fun paying high prices at worse places

I love this place. I'm not sure what the other parent was talking about. They have been more then willing to asnwer any questions that I have, and welcome me walking around. I hope my child is running around there and getting the exercise they need. I like the fact they they accept children with disabilities.

I have a family of 4 children at Play Palz 101 since they opened and couldn't be happier, it is one of the cleanest and welcoming centers I have been in and with 4 children you know I have seen a few other centers in my time.

The supposed directory of this facility, Ms. Peggy, has let an 'OUTSTANDING' employee (Ms. Barb) go for no valid reason! Ms. Barb was the ONLY employee in this establishment that ever gave me truthful information & she 'GENUINELY' cared for these children! GOD WILL BLESS U Ms.Barb, with a BETTER job & BETTER people to work for, wherever u are.



EVERY employee @ANY child care facility should put the children's welfare first, ESPECIALLY the director & owner. DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE HERE!!



She has displayed very disturbing behavior, I have experienced this firsthand. I am fortunate that I no longer have to deal with her (my baby is no longer enrolled here), so if u TRULY love ur child(ren) do NOT enroll ur child here!!!!!!!!!

This establishment is far from sanitary for one, I have actually, on more than one occassion walked in & it has wreaked of body odor. The person who supposedly runs this establishment, Ms. Barb, is very unprofessional & seems to have something to hide. Why else would she get so perturbed when I simply was asking my child's teacher a few questions. I have also observed children running around in disarray with no adult supervision, which leads me to believe this so called 'day care' is understaffed as well. I walked around in search of a provider & found three of them standing in one classrooms so engrossed in their conversation that they didn't a child unlock the door of the classroom that led to the parking lot. If I wouldn't have stopped her, the child would've exited the classroom. I told her NEVER to unlock that door. The food is kept & served in very unsanitary tubs. If you care about your child's safety, health & education, continue your search for a caring & clean establishment.

I agree with you both. I have had my own horrific experience with Play Palz as well as with Ms. Peggy but in all fairness, there are a couple of employees such as Ms. Barb and Ms. Amanda that are very considerate and helpful. It's unfortunate that they have to work for such an unhonest person such as Ms. Peggy, I speak from personal experience, but on the other hand thank God, for the children that are still there, that there are at least some genuinely caring and honest people working there ie...Ms. Amanda and Ms. Barb.

I agree. I no longer go to Play Palz.. I also agree with how unorganized this day care is AND I also believe that Ms. Peggy is trying to hide something. I never had gotten a straight answer from her on any informational material I requested regarding the children's daily activities. I, too feel that this facility, especially being a child care facility, should have been clean and I did not feel it was ever really clean. I too did not care for how the food is prepared and stored, I find it to be very UNsanitary for my liking. I thank God no child of mine attends here.

I really do not understand why this Day Care is listed as one of the best day cares in Bourbonnais when it is possibly the WORST day care I have ever been in. The omly reason I gave it one star is because I could not submit this review without clicking on @least one star. Play Palz is NOT where you want your child. I have entered this facility on plenty of occasions to pick up a family member and have found not only that this establishment is run very poorly, not with a child's or parents best interest at heart, but it was also obvious to me how little they clean. It wreaked of body odor and I observed children running around in utter mayhem without any adult supervision. The food served to these children did not come out of sanitary containers either. The children were told to 'clean up' after a meal and I observed a child carrying a very large bowl with whatever leftover food in it, through other classrooms, uncovered. The director, Ms. Peggy, evaded my questions & asked me to leave.
