Today, I visited Nagwa's Designer Collections, in Mitchellville, MD, and was treated horribly by the owner and 2 of her customer-friends. The owner snarled at me like a rabid pit bull & I kept looking to make sure she wouldn't attack me. I'm so serious! She didn't say anything to me, but the stink eye & face spoke very loud. The clothes are beautiful and one of a kind pieces, however, she made it very clear, that if you're not from her country, you're not welcomed to shop. I was taken aback by her ugly behavior and hope after she reads my review, she'll think twice about parading NASTY customer service! If I could give her a minus zero, I would, because 1 is too high. Her family & friends are writing the positive reviews.

The manager had my mother and me waiting for her return from lunch while another customer waited on us. Once she returned back to the store there was no apologies for keeping us waiting. She became easily distracted and often times stop waiting on us to hold private conversations or waited on other customers. When she finally decided to look up the information for the dresses we wanted, she quoted us a ridiculous high price and told me that they had to be pre-paid for. This was just after telling another customer that they couldn't pay for their garment (that was a special order) until it arrived. I would not recommend this store and have no intention of returning.

Ms. Nagwa was the answer to our daughter's sweet 16 party dress/gown. The party is this weekend and we know she's going to be a princess. The selection is enormous. You were very helpful. Dresses are ONE OF A KIND!! We plan to return in 2015 for her prom dress/gown. Thanks Nagwa--you're a jewel!! 11/2013
