BUSINESSES CAN NOT JUST RANDOMLY REMOVE REVIEWS AND POSTS IT IS DONE BY THE POSTER OR IF IT IS SLANDEROUS OR OBSCENE THE PAGE CAN REMOVE IT I SHOP HERE ALL THE TIME AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GREAT EXPERIENCES AND LOTS OF HELP AND INFORMATION FROM THE STAFF

I've been checking back and forth with reviews on this pet store before deciding whether or not to have them order me something. I was well advised to do my research because they have no warranties on their animals. Today, I have questions! Where have all the negative reviews gone? I don't remember exactly what they said but I know one mentioned employees putting sick animals in the FREEZER to kill them. Today I check back and several of the reviews here are gone. It's kind of hard to make an informed decision when management is having not so great reviews plucked from websites. Obviously there are going to be people who are dissatisfied, but when I see that the company has had their opinions and experiences removed it makes me wonder what exactly they're trying to hide. I will NOT be doing business with this pet store.

These people have a Great Attitude and Are very good for their word. Thank You for being honest and replacing my oscar. I will definitely never go to another pet store again!

I had to return two items and had my receipt. They do not take returns and just give you store credit !! I was able to exchange one item for a larger size but the other was give to me on a slip of paper - which I unfortunately washed in my jeans. Total cost: $27 mistake. I will not shop here again, they were unfriendly about the return to begin with and basically had a ' oh well' attitude. So much for small business - here it means higher prices and less service where it counts.

We go there every week to purchase feeders and supplies for our multitude of animals. The prices are competitive (and often better than) the chain stores and it's run by local business people. Definitely would recommend, and do!
