dee wee reviewed 6 months ago I just had my car aligned at this location today and was pleased to hear returning customers come in and out of the location. The customers seemed to have a long term service relationship with the location given the interaction with the brothers who represent the business on a daily basis. The gentleman that quoted me for my services was very polite, very professional and very much made me feel comfortable in getting my car serviced here. His brother, who I believe is the manager, asked me about my interest in other car maintenance services outside of what I requested, but I at no point felt pressured in a negative way as I have in other places. As a woman who has first hand experienced car shops try to take advantage of her because they think she doesn't know any better, I find the customer service of the gentleman who helped me decide to bring my business to this location a breath of fresh air. If your looking for a honest repair shop in the Brandon/Valrico then look no further. The two brothers that work in the shop are not forceful. They tell you what's important and what could wait. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is due to the prices. The prices are a little expensive but worth it. Especially if you don't like the hassle of bringing your car back and telling them they caused a problem. They get the job done fast and right. Live these guys. Will do more business in the upcoming mont
