Great Clinic!!

I started taking my animals there over 10 years ago, and they have always been wonderful. They care about the animals, and provide excellent service. If they offered emergency/after hours care, I'd never take one of my furries anywhere else. Ever. When it was time for my 19 year old cat to go, I think they were more upset than I was. I have never found them less than caring or less than excellent.

I will not go there again. I have no idea about the service of the veterinarians, but they are bad at making appointments and organization. They seem nice, but I took time from my job to show up at an appointment which happened to not be on the day we agreed upon, but three days later! I do not have time to deal with disorganization. The doctor decided to go home rather than see me and my dog even though it was thier mistake. I did not suffer, but my dog needed to be seen. They were not apologetic or helpful in the matter.

WE HAVE been GOING TO SEE DR SCOTT AND AFFILIATES SINCE OUR MOVE TO FL. OUR ROTTIE LOVED VISITING THE STAFF WAS ALWAYS SO FUNNY WHEN MISS TIFFANY WOULD ARRIVE...SHE WAS A BIG LOVER...WHEN SHE TOLD US IT WAS TIME TO GO, THEY WERE THERE FOR US, AND FELT OUR PAIN AND LOSS...WE NOW HAVE BEEN GOING WITH OUR MIN PINS ROCKY AND ROSIE SINCE THEY WERE BABIES, THEY ARE 3 YEARS OLD NOW....AND WOULDN'T THINK OF BRINGING THEM ANY PLACE ELSE....THEY ARE THE BEST...TRUE ANIMAL LOVERS, AND FUR BABIES KNOW THAT.......

THEY LOVE WHAT THEY DO AND EVERY DOCTOR IS EXCELLENT! I HAVE BEEN THERE MANY TIMES WITH MANY OF MY PETS - WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I NOW DRIVE AN HOURS TO TAKE MY DOG THERE!
