Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center, located in West Lehigh Valley, offers more than 20 complementary and alternative practitioners who work together at this one location to address your unique concerns, and improve your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being in our safe, supportive environment. This natural approach promotes a holistic lifestyle and optimal health and wellness for our community. Services include: stress management & emotional therapies (counseling and meditation), food and lifestyle wellness, movement therapies such as yoga and Feldenkrais Movement Awareness, and physical treatments such as Chiropractic and massage, body and energy work.
