After dealing with a Port Orchard company who's technician told me that I needed a new $3000 compressor on my 7 year old American Standard heat pump (that they installed) but I would be better off buying a new system for $12,000 because it would be more efficient. I am not a math wiz but $9,000 will buy me a lot of power. I decided that I needed a second opinion. I called Advanced Heating & Cooling on the recommendation of two different neighbors and a co-worker. They sent their technician Chris out the same day and he found that not only was my compressor not bad it was just a $200 part. I called the original company and told them what Brian had found and they did not want to refund my service call because I did not give them a SECOND CHANCE to diagnose the problem!

The installation of my Trane heat pump system never worked properly even after numerous warrantee service calls to Advance heating. The only way it was installed properly was to call a different company.
