At Amy's Decadent Chocolates we're famous for Hand-Crafted Confections that Feed Your Hungry Soul! At our shop nearly everything is created by hand using wholesome products like locally grown apples, fresh-roasted nuts, ground spices, old-fashioned molasses, cane sugar, wholesome cream and large quantities of Guittard's bulk chocolate slabs. Using recipes passed down from her mother and aunts, Amy and her helpers create heavenly confections exactly like you would if you had the time, patience and expertise. Amy cooks and stirs her thick creamy caramel by hand in small batches. Her famous gourmet apples are dipped in fresh caramel by hand and smothered in luscious chocolate, roasted nuts and other scrumptious add-ons. And her fudge is worked on a marble slab by hand and rolled into sinfully dense loaves of melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Amy is also renowned for her bountiful gift baskets, extravagant party platters and luscious chocolate-dipped strawberries. In addition to Amy's local store in Bremerton, Washington, she also takes her sweets to the streets for farmer's markets, festivals and various events in the Kitsap-Tacoma-Seattle area throughout the year.
