The new owner is not very good with cats. The previous groomer had no problems what so ever with my cat, the new owner has not been able to get him trimmed, even while slightly sedated. She also was yelling at a yappy dog when I walked in. If the noise/barking is a problem put the animal in the bathroom so it doesn't disturb the other animals.

I just brought in my schnauzer after being very disappointed by another groomer. The groomer at Happy Tails did the best job that my pet has every had! I highly recommend Laurie to anyone out there who needs a caring, gentle groomer.

I for the first time got a new puppy that Lori groomed. She made it so cute. She was professional with me and handled my puppy amazingly. She charged me what I thought was too little. I would have given her 10 more! They put bandanas on and participate in community events; pet walks even. My puppy went back a second time and she did an amazing job again.
