We were asked to write a review by Enterprise corporate office, so here goes. We LOVE the Brentwood location. Although we actually live closer to BOTH the Pittsburg and Antioch offices, we prefer to go to the Brentwood office. At first it was because they run the $9.99 per day weekend special and the other locales do not. But now we go as much, or more, for the service as we do for the Special. Our "other car" is riding the Disability Bus, so we've had plenty of time to observe how these Enterprise employees interact with all sorts of people. We've seen them deal with difficult patrons, problems with the actual rental cars (happened to us), and just huge morning crowds that need some caffeine. Each and every one of them is a star! Jessica, Alexis, Jack, Marilyn, Cary, Celeste, (I know I'm forgetting some names) YOU GUYS ROCK!

terrible and very rude, we made a reservation for pickup on a weekend special and they gave it away when we picked up...

They were willing to pick me up at my hotel as early as 7:30 in the morning. They were friendly and even able to offer a free upgrade based on availability.
