She listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I have been coming to Lia since 2019 to have my car serviced and was told to have a valve job back then which I have been hesitant of. Well, Judy put my mind at ease and explained everything involved in the job. Boy, am I glad I listened to her because not only did she make my car sound and run great she told me my water pump was covered under warranty. My cars have been serviced at various centers since 1983. Judy is by far the best Advisor I have had the pleasure of working with.
