This company is TERRIBLE!

We just got our 4 year old's school picture back after waiting for 2 months. I called to ask if they could color correct her hair and face, because my normally brown haired girl is gray with yellow teeth. I was informed they would not color correct school pictures. I told the woman on the phone how unhappy I was with the quality of their work and if they would not fix it, I would like to return the photos for a refund...sorry, no refunds. Really? Do company's really not care about customer service anymore? What do they care? They have been paid already.

With this company's poor quality and poor customer service I would say go anywhere else. No doubt this J.M. Productions will be out of business soon enough if they continue to treat their customers like this.
