      Have neighbors with barking dogs. I have had many of my cats killed too, by these dogs. That one is hard to prove, butthe constant barking is not. I am at the end of my rope.He has usually 4 or 5 hounds next door to me. He is a sJeff Thorne is awesome. Did a trust for my and my husband. He is on the ball and very kind. Thanks Jeff
