      When calling the branch, Bank of America automated system is bouncing me around, office to office in cyberspace. I am on hold, while a representative is valiently trying to get me an answer which I could have gotten if I the call could have gone thorugh as "dialed." BoA staff is great...their processes and burocracy are -TERRIBLE .
