Brighton Travel was recommended to us by a friend who leads tours from Michigan where we lived for almost 40 years. We wanted to have help with air travel for 7 and accomidations for 11 both on Oahu and Maui (4 were joining us from Singapore). He recommended Leslie at Brighton Travel. She worked with us during the four planning months for this trip strictly by phone and Email. We live in North Carolina. She arranged the air travel and found hotel (Oahu) and condo (Maui) accomidations that were perfect for us. All went well. The experience was more than we dreamed it would be. We will use Brighton Travel in the future. We were from Sanford, NC (two seniors celebrating 50 years of marriage) ; Cary, NC (two parents and two teens) ; a Chicago, IL bachelor ; and Singapore (two parents with two sons 6 and 4). I called this agency to book a trip for my husband and myself. We wanted to go somewhere tropical for 4-5 days, indicated price range, dates and specific resorts we were interested in and the agent said she would call back in a day or two. Three days later she called with three options all of which were on average $500 higher than what I found on the internet!I booked within 15 minutes over the phone with Funjet and found the package myself in no time. I don't know how this agency can survive competitively and without following up efficiently.
