Just awful. Dr. A promises to get back to you with follow-up information but never does. We called multiple times asking for the information he promised, he wouldn't even get on the phone. We requested copies of our dog's files so we could go somewhere else, it has been over two weeks and they have sent nothing. The office help is rude and unresponsive. Also, watch out for their billing practices. We had a phone question for the doctor and the office billed us $80. They never said that follow up questions came with a fee. Save yourself the heartache and frustration. Go somewhere else.
