I have had three cars repaired at Fine Lines and others in my family have as well. In each case the quality of the work has been very high and the service has always been courteous and outstanding. I have found they look not only at what is visibly broken but what may also be broken but cannot be seen, such as wheel alignment and ensure that it is corrected before you get the vehicle back. I don't go anywhere else.

Fine Lines is the best. Misfortune struck me three time, including an accident that caused $14,000 in damage. Each time I have brought my car in to Fine Lines, the staff was courteous, and very competent with insurance claims, car repairs, and setting up a rental within policy limits. I am always surprised by how fast Fine Lines gets the job done. Of the may businesses I deal with, Fine Lines ranks at the top in terms of service and quality--they are exemplary.

Rude Technicians Who Don't Do Their Jobs ProperlyAfter my car was hit by falling trees during an ice storm, I went to Fine Lines on the recommendation of my insurance company. What a mistake. All the people I dealt with on the phone were extremely rude. They were very uncommunicative as well -- I was constantly having to call them for updates since they never called me. The technician who did the initial repair estimate didn't even bother to do it correctly. After I was told by my insurance company that the car could be repaired, I called Fine Lines to get an estimate of how long it would take. That's when the tech told me that he needed to do a second estimate since the first one he did was basically a quick one because he figured the car would be declared totaled. Sure enough, after the second estimate, it was. I will never use this body shop again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. They certainly don't care about their customers.
