I contacted Arnica per recommendation of a neighbor; we wanted to install a ductless A/C split unit, but it was a tricky project since our house is from the late 1800.

Simon Arnica, the owner came by and assessed the work, and out of three companies I had contacted his assessment was not only the most accurate (at least in my opinion), but he also responded thoughtfully to every request I had. The quote came in as the lowest of the three, and work started already 10 days later. The job took longer than expected but only because the first set of guys spent more time on the phone than working (they are no longer working for the company), but as soon as Neil and Pete took over, things were absolutely right on: incredibly hard workers, very thoughtful and sensitive to the issues of an old house, polite, clean, friendly.. a homeowner's dream.

They worked until at least 6:30pm every day because they wanted to get the construction out of my way and see me happy. I couldn't be more complimentary about the work that was done and how, and would always contact them first should I have another need for heating/cooling.

Arnica Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. installed a central air conditioning unit in my home. The men were careful to keep everything clean. The price was fair and they arrived when they said they would and completed the job in the time I was told. I will use them again

This company was truly amazing. My boiler had a problem, so we called the local heating services and they were backed up till the next week. We began to wait and then it was getting to cold that we called Arnica and the very same day they came!. To my shock the moment they saw my boiler, BOOM, they knew exactly what was the problem and then the very next minute LITERALLY, the boiler started up. I also had a great educational experience. They walked me through everything, explained everything on my boiler and how to maintain it well and i learned new things about my boiler that i never knew before. I highly recommend this company to anyone and the price is not bad and completely worth it!

I had to call Arnica Heating and Air when i got home from work and found I had no heat in the house. The technicians who came to my house were very considerate and well mannered. They were very knowledgeable with my boiler and how to repair it. I would highly recommend this company. I was very satisfied with their work and their prices. When they were done with the repair, they offered me a service contract as well at a very reasonable price. I now have a service contract with them for the year.
