I've been going here for a few years now and have purchased three phones for myself and two for my wife. I was on Blackberry and I wanted the new Z10 but didn't know much about it. Knowing I'm a die-hard Blackberry fan he mentioned that there were some issues with it and he allowed me to BORROW his Z10 to play with for a few days. What corporate ATT store would allow that?!?!? Ok, so I was not a fan of the new Blackberry but they no longer make the old one that I wanted. He's like, ok, just try an Android (I hated it in the past when I tried it) and return it if you don't like it. I was able to sit for quite a while looking at all the new androids and the new blackberry side by side without these commissioned sales guys hovering over me. I mean, this guy is SOOO laid back about stuff. Granted, he knows me now and might not let just anyone walk out with a loaner phone, but this guy does business the old fashioned way and that's a rare thing these days!!

This is NOT an ATT corporate store. It is owned and operated by an independent retailer whom ATT allows to do and say what they please. After all was said and done (and paid for), the sales guy surprises me with a contract to sign which calls for $300 termination fee, etc, etc. I didn't stick around long enough to read the rest. I asked for a refund and left quickly. Beware.
