This is what I had to go through to get my bike back on the road, a rag got tangled in the stars of the rear darilla and in the event the darilla hanger snapped. I don't own an entry level bike, rather a foreign made performance cross-bike in which I treasure. My last bike was a 4500 Trek hard-tail mountain, so I wouldn't expect a trouble getting it serviced.

The first bike shop (R & A Cycles)) I went to suggested that I got another bike, and I suppose from him. So that showed me his concern, anyway they referred me to a bike shop on Union St. because obviously we were getting nowhere. Once I go there under the impression that I not only needed a new darilla ($60) but also a new darilla hanger ($25). I was informed by that mechanic that although he did not have the signature darilla hanger for my bike, he assured me that I didn't need a new darilla ($60), that mine was still good and nothing wrong with it. Although I was still pushing my bike at that point I felt that I was getting somewhere. The Union St. Bike Shop even offered to fix the bike if I was lucky enough to get the hanger and referred me to Mr. C's Bike Shop but I was glad I called him because it was nothing he can do either until he can order the hanger. So I called it a day. Monday I went on the Yellow Page website and I read the review on the Bike Shop called "Bravos", he gave a guy replacement wheel until repair was made on the bent one and because he can't fix it he let him keep the replacement, so I said let me give him a call and then I brought my bike in. And like his name, "Bravo" I was on the road in less than an hour. Thank you my friend. I wont tell you how much Bravos charged me for installing a supplement hanger, but let's just say to show my gratitude I purchased at least $50 worth of accessories and gave a $10 tip and I probably would've spent more in R & A Cycles. And if I needed a new bike I would buy it from Bravos (so hold that slick)
