This is the second time I have been burned by this store and this will be the last time. When I ordered 2000 CD sleeves, they sent sleeves that are 1/8 inch too small, vertically and horizontally. Even my slim fingers will not fit into the sleeve to pull the CD out. 1/8 inch may not seem like much, but it makes these sleeves unusable. The sleeves I ordered are called "Premium", but they sent their "Budget" sleeves. And I paid a Premium price, too. When I complained, they told me to return them at my cost. The cost to return was $23. When I complained to them again, they were very rude. I am 71 and I have never in my life been treated so rudely by customer service and there have been some very rude ones, believe me. You should never buy from this company. They are selling defective merchandise and they won't make it right, even when you've been a customer for several years. Don't be a sucker like me and let them steal your money.
