First of all, There are other agency to work for that are willing to hire you like Partners in Care or All merto Health care that give the employees respect and work. This agency doesnt have that they think that home attendant are there to do the work without caring their need and without thinking that they are human being doing the work. If you need a week off becuse you have personal issues you have to go to the union to fight for your right becuse they will never understand the employees need and they prefer that you go to the union and do the paper work to get the week because you have right as an employyee to get the week becuse they will never say yes but if you are a person who doesnt know your right you will never take the week off to solve your problem becuase they will never tell you that. You can't talk to none of this people that are in charge becuse they are heart less and they only do the employees life impossible thats their duty, they will never simplify the employees life as human being. They rather walk away and dont listen to the employee.

i used to work for them as homeattendant, they are very unprofessional they treat the employee as garbage, they think if you are hire i s becuase you are lucky. They want you to work 2 hour in a case/ with a patient that you have to travel 4 hour to go, which it doestn make non sense. If you dont accept the case then they will say that you are a unfelxible worker in your evaluation. They never want to hear your point they always want to do the work no matter how far it is for you. They wanty ou to be replacing and they dont look to give you a stable case/ job. i spoke to other homeatendant and it was one of them that she has a 1 year and 1/2 replacing cases without offereing her a stable job. the problem with them is that they dont want to give you a stable job but you have to be able to go to work when they want you and if they call you early in the morining you have to pick up the phone and go otherwise they start writing you a bad evaluation just becuse you didnt pick up the phone is like they own you. The first time they wrote me a evaluation i decided to no sign it becuse my union told me that dont sign it if i desagree with it and the coordinator guthrie took my evaluation and broke it in front of me and the supervisor carmen figueroa was present and she didnt say anything at all and what she say was that she didnt have time to listen to me but for what i know this is how this agency function. It was obvious that carmen would not say anything becuase for what i know she is the coordinator guthrie's bestfriend and thats why she takes advantage of it and treat the homeattendat as garbage and carmen doenst do anything about it. But if i continue telling here everybody how this agency is i would never finished writing but the only i can say stay way of this agency because before i used to work for this agency i used to work for all metro for 5 year and not even one complaint about them but they transfer everybody to this one and the nightmare start it.
